Our Person

Hi, I'm Nichola Ellis and I am an experienced educator with over 17 years in the field, including 7 years as a Learning Support Teacher and Coordinator. I also hold a Masters in Specialist Inclusive Education, which has helped me deepen my understanding of how to support children and young people with diverse learning needs.

Throughout my teaching career, I have worked closely with students and families across Kindergarten to Year 12 and have seen a growing need for clear, compassionate support for those navigating neurodiversity and additional learning needs.

During my work in learning support, I became increasingly aware of the challenges families face in knowing where to begin, what support is available, and how best to help their child thrive. This uncertainty can be overwhelming, and too often families are left feeling unsupported during critical stages of their child’s learning journey.

My goal is to support students and their families through this process by providing individualised, all inclusive assessments, targeted tutoring sessions, and personalised consultations. Each program is thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique strengths, needs, and goals of the child, with a strong focus on building confidence, motivation, and skills for lifelong learning.
